Opportunity for an experienced Butcher. This is a permanent role Monday – Friday, occasional Saturday may be required at overtime.
- Ensure that all knife and PPE checks are completed before carrying out any tasks
- Cut products to the correct specification
- Ensure quality of product and targets are met
- Report any issues to management and work to Health & Safety guidelines
