We are looking for a results-driven, practically minded sales representative to actively engage with existing customers and establish new accounts across Northern Ireland. Providing appropriate solutions for customers you with have a background in either engineering, mechanical or agricultural sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
  • Maintain a strong understanding about product inventory, features and technical specifications to answer specific customer queries
  • Reach out to customer leads
  • Liaise with Goods-In about promotions
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and new products
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Attend weekly sales team meetings and provide information to management about sales figures, goals and obstacles.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

  • 3+ years proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
