We are looking for a results-driven, practically minded sales representative to actively engage with existing customers and establish new accounts across Northern Ireland. Providing appropriate solutions for customers you with have a background in either engineering, mechanical or agricultural sectors.
Responsibilities
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
- Maintain a strong understanding about product inventory, features and technical specifications to answer specific customer queries
- Reach out to customer leads
- Liaise with Goods-In about promotions
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and new products
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Attend weekly sales team meetings and provide information to management about sales figures, goals and obstacles.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
- 3+ years proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
