We are currently recruiting for a reliable, service-orientated and organised Warehouse Team Leader / Stores Coordinator. In this role you will oversee all daily warehousing activities, monitor inventory and manage a small team whilst maintaining excellent customer service and productivity. This is a very busy role which will present the opportunity for progression.


  • Coordinate and oversee all logistical processes
  • Lead and motivate warehouse staff
  • Ensure Safety is top priority
  • Communicate job expectations clearly
  • Training of all staff
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing performance
  • Organise inventory and storage areas, performing various inventory counts and ordering supplies and goods as needed
  • Ensure accuracy of shipments’ and inventory transactions’
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement change
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
  • Supervise all forklift operations
  • Support site management team through maintaining records and preparing reports


  • Proven work experience within warehouse / stores
  • Experienced Supervisor/Manager
  • Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
  • Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
  • Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations

This particular role would be well suited to an experienced candidate who is also interested in career progression to management level.
